Terms & Conditions

  1. Our Mission & Vision
    • The goal of AL CARE FOUNDATION is to make every individual and every family educated, secure, and prosperous, thereby building an educated, safe, and prosperous society and ultimately contributing to the creation of a strong and developed India.
    • Through AL CARE FOUNDATION, we aim to eliminate the divide between rich and poor, and between rural and urban communities, by ensuring equal access to world-class education for all.
    • In case of an untimely or sudden death, financial assistance will be provided to the deceased member’s family to ensure economic stability and security during such difficult times, protecting the family from distress and financial breakdown.
    • The Foundation also seeks to provide employment opportunities through various initiatives, empowering individuals to become financially self-reliant.
  2. Membership Rules
    • To become an active member of the Foundation, a membership fee of ₹299 is mandatory. This membership shall remain valid for one year.
    • To participate in the Family Welfare Assistance Programme, one must be an active member and must refer at least three new members using their unique referral code.
    • Only those members who extend help to others when requested by the Foundation will be eligible to receive assistance in the future.
    • If a member fails to cooperate when assistance is requested, their active membership shall be temporarily suspended.
    • To reactivate membership, the member shall pay a reactivation fee of ₹99.
    • The new membership period shall commence from the date of payment of ₹99. The waiting period shall be 12 months for illness-related cases and 3 months for accidental death cases, calculated from the date of reactivation.
  3. Family Welfare Assistance Rules
    • Financial assistance shall be provided only to the nominee registered in the official records of AL CARE FOUNDATION.
    • In case of death due to illness, there must be a minimum gap of 12 months between the date of joining and the date of death.
    • In case of accidental death, there must be a minimum gap of 3 months between the date of joining and the date of death.
    • Assistance shall not be provided in cases of suicide, murder, or involvement in any serious criminal offence.
    • The Family Welfare Assistance amount shall range from ₹1 lakh to ₹50 lakh, depending entirely upon the collective contributions of the members.
    • Each member may contribute between ₹50 and ₹200 per assistance case.
    • The assistance amount shall be disbursed within 60 to 90 days to the deceased member’s family, depending on the contributions received.
    • The eligible age for joining this programme shall be between 12 and 50 years.
  4. General Rules & Responsibilities
    • Membership or partnership benefits shall be applicable only to individuals or entities that have completed valid registration with AL CARE FOUNDATION.
    • All financial transactions shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the prescribed procedures of the Foundation.
    • No member shall act against the policies or interests of the Foundation.
    • The assets and resources of the Foundation shall be used solely for organizational objectives.
    • Members are strictly prohibited from disclosing or misusing confidential information of the Foundation.
    • Any financial or welfare assistance provided by the Foundation must be used exclusively for its intended purpose.
    • In case of any dispute or grievance, members must first follow the internal resolution process prescribed by the Foundation.
    • The Foundation shall not engage in or endorse any form of illegal or unlawful activity, and members are also expected to adhere to the same standard.
    • If any member is found involved in illegal or unlawful activities, their membership shall be terminated immediately.
    • The Foundation shall request contributions for assistance only after verifying the eligibility criteria of the concerned member.
    • Contributing towards assistance shall be completely voluntary; the Foundation shall only facilitate the request.
    • The Foundation shall not be held responsible for the amount or adequacy of voluntary contributions made by members.
    • Receiving financial assistance is not a legal right; it is based purely on mutual cooperation and goodwill among members.
    • Any person suffering from a serious illness must disclose the same before applying for membership.
    • Providing false or incomplete information shall render a member ineligible for assistance.
    • The Foundation reserves the right to investigate the cause of death before releasing any financial assistance.
    • Assistance may be withheld or delayed if the required documents are not submitted in time.
    • Legal action may be taken against any member found guilty of misconduct or fraud during the investigation.
    • The decision of AL CARE FOUNDATION shall be final and binding in all matters. The Foundation reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
    • All disputes shall be subject to Agra jurisdiction only.
    • These rules and regulations shall apply uniformly to all members of AL CARE FOUNDATION.
  1. हमारा लक्ष्य
    • AL CARE FOUNDATION का लक्ष्य है हर इंसान और हर परिवार को शिक्षित, सुरक्षित और समृद्ध बनाना; जिससे एक शिक्षित, सुरक्षित, समृद्ध समाज और फिर एक श्रेष्ठ भारत का निर्माण हो सके।
    • AL CARE FOUNDATION के माध्यम से गरीबी-अमीरी, गांव-शहर का भेद मिटाकर सबको समान और विश्वस्तरीय शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराना।
    • अचानक असमय मृत्यु हो जाने पर मृत व्यक्ति के परिवार को समय पर आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान कर उन्हें आर्थिक सुरक्षा देना ताकि संकट की इस घड़ी में वह परिवार स्थिर रह सके और बिखरने से बचाया जा सके।
    • ट्रस्ट के माध्यम से लोगों को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान कर उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से समृद्ध बनाना।
  2. सदस्यता संबंधी नियम
    • ट्रस्ट का सक्रिय सदस्य बनने के लिए ₹299 की सदस्यता लेना अनिवार्य है। यह शुल्क एक वर्ष के लिए वैध रहेगा।
    • ‘परिवार कल्याण सहायता’ कार्यक्रम में जुड़ने के लिए स्वयं का सक्रिय सदस्य होना तथा अपने रेफरल कोड से कम से कम 3 नए लोगों को सदस्यता दिलवाना अनिवार्य होगा।
    • जो सदस्य ट्रस्ट के अनुरोध पर अन्य सदस्यों की सहायता करेगा, वही भविष्य में सहायता पाने का अधिकारी होगा।
    • सहायता अनुरोध पर यदि कोई सदस्य सहयोग नहीं करता है तो उसकी सक्रिय सदस्यता निलंबित कर दी जाएगी।
    • पुनः शामिल होने के लिए सदस्य को ₹99 का शुल्क देकर पुनः सक्रिय सदस्यता लेनी होगी।
    • ₹99 का भुगतान जिस दिन किया जाएगा, उसी दिन से नई सक्रिय सदस्यता प्रारंभ मानी जाएगी। बीमारी के लिए 12 माह और दुर्घटना के लिए 3 माह की अवधि की गणना इसी तिथि से होगी।
  3. परिवार कल्याण सहायता संबंधी नियम
    • मृतक परिवार को सहायता राशि केवल AL CARE FOUNDATION के रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज नॉमिनी के खाते में ही दी जाएगी।
    • किसी बीमारी के कारण मृत्यु होने पर सहायता राशि प्राप्त करने के लिए सक्रिय सदस्यता ग्रहण करने की तिथि और मृत्यु के बीच कम से कम 12 महीने का अंतर आवश्यक होगा।
    • किसी दुर्घटना से मृत्यु होने पर सदस्यता ग्रहण करने की तिथि और मृत्यु के बीच कम से कम 3 महीने का अंतर होना आवश्यक है।
    • आत्महत्या, हत्या या किसी गंभीर आपराधिक मामले में सहायता प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी।
    • परिवार कल्याण सहायता राशि ₹1 लाख से ₹50 लाख तक हो सकती है, जो पूर्णतः सदस्यों द्वारा दी गई सहायता राशि पर निर्भर करेगी।
    • सहायता राशि सदस्यों द्वारा 50 से 200 रुपये प्रति सदस्य तक दी जा सकती है।
    • मृतक परिवार को सहायता 60 से 90 दिनों के भीतर दी जाएगी, जो सदस्यों द्वारा दी जाने वाली सहायता पर निर्भर करेगी।
    • इस योजना में शामिल होने के लिए सदस्य की आयु 12 से 50 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
  4. सामान्य नियम एवं दायित्व
    • सदस्यता/साझेदारी का लाभ केवल उस व्यक्ति या संस्था को मिलेगा जिसने वैध पंजीकरण करवा लिया है।
    • सभी वित्तीय लेन-देन AL CARE FOUNDATION की निर्धारित प्रक्रियाओं के अनुसार होंगे।
    • कोई भी सदस्य संगठन की नीतियों के विरुद्ध कार्य नहीं करेगा।
    • संगठन की संपत्ति और संसाधनों का उपयोग केवल संगठन के उद्देश्यों के लिए ही किया जाएगा।
    • गोपनीय जानकारी का उल्लंघन करना सदस्यों के लिए निषिद्ध है।
    • संगठन द्वारा दी गई किसी भी सहायता का उपयोग केवल निर्धारित उद्देश्य के लिए किया जाएगा।
    • किसी भी विवाद या समस्या की स्थिति में सदस्यों को पहले आंतरिक समाधान प्रक्रिया का पालन करना होगा।
    • संगठन किसी भी प्रकार की गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों में शामिल नहीं होगा और सदस्यों से भी ऐसा करने की उम्मीद नहीं रखता।
    • अगर कोई सदस्य गैरकानूनी या अवैध कामों में लिप्त पाया जाता है तो उसकी सदस्यता तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
    • मानक पूरे होने पर ही ट्रस्ट किसी सदस्य की सहायता के लिए अन्य सदस्यों से अनुरोध करेगा।
    • सहायता करना पूर्णतः सदस्यों की इच्छा पर निर्भर करता है; ट्रस्ट केवल अनुरोध करता है।
    • सहयोग राशि की मात्रा पर AL CARE FOUNDATION की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
    • ट्रस्ट से सहायता प्राप्त करना कोई कानूनी अधिकार नहीं है; यह सदस्यों के आपसी सहयोग पर आधारित है।
    • यदि कोई व्यक्ति गंभीर बीमारी से पीड़ित है तो उसे सदस्य बनने से पूर्व सूचित करना अनिवार्य है।
    • गलत या अधूरी जानकारी देने पर सदस्य सहायता का हकदार नहीं होगा।
    • ट्रस्ट को मृत्यु के कारणों की जांच करने का पूर्ण अधिकार रहेगा।
    • परिवार द्वारा आवश्यक दस्तावेज समय पर प्रस्तुत न करने की स्थिति में सहायता रोकी जा सकती है।
    • यदि कोई सदस्य जांच में दोषी पाया जाता है तो उस पर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जा सकती है।
    • AL CARE FOUNDATION का निर्णय ही अंतिम निर्णय होगा, ट्रस्ट अपने नियम एवं शर्तों को बिना पूर्व सूचना के संशोधित कर सकता है।
    • सभी विवाद आगरा न्यायालय के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होंगे।
    • यह नियमावली AL CARE FOUNDATION के सभी सदस्यों पर समान रूप से लागू होगी।
